Well, well, well, it seems we’ve got a viral sensation on our hands. No, it’s not a cat playing the piano or a baby doing something cute. It’s the trailer for the upcoming PC game, Unrecord.
And boy, did it take the internet by storm. If you haven’t seen it yet, then you’re missing out on something that’s been viewed almost 80 million times on Twitter alone.
What Is Unrecord?
Unrecord is a tactical FPS game that tells the story of a police officer from the perspective of his body cam. The game’s photorealism is so impressive that many people are saying that it is FAKE and the developers have to clarify that it is indeed gameplay.
It challenges players’ perceptions of law enforcement and policing.

And if that wasn’t enough, there’s now a virtual reality (VR) demo of the game that looks “absolutely gorgeous in VR” and runs surprisingly well too.
Flat2VR writes on Twitter that the demo uses UE5’s Lumen and Nanite technologies.
But be warned, you might need a computer that’s more powerful than a rocket ship to run it.

Unrecord is already shaping up to be one of the most anticipated games of the year. And for good reason. With its photorealistic graphics, gameplay, and fresh perspective, it promises to be a truly unforgettable experience.
